Refund policy

At RNH Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To request a return, customers may be required to provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging where applicable.

Returns caused by a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or improper use may not be accepted.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you whether the return or replacement request has been approved. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the applicable payment method.
